I test SiteBuilder before I buy?
Yes!
Once you have initially created your site you have a thirty day period during which you can set up your site and play around with content until you are completely happy with it.
You will not be asked to pay unless you choose to publish your site and it goes live.
This also gives you the opportunity to check out the features available and to choose a look and colour scheme that best suits your company image.
Q: Do
I need any technical know-how to manage my site?
Site Builder is designed to allow you to
make any changes and updates simply and quickly. The Content Management
System, although powerful, is easy to use and no specialist IT
knowledge is necessary. Using a series of templates, content can
be edited, added or deleted from each section in minutes.
Q: Can
I customise the design of my website using SiteBuilder?
SiteBuilder allows you to customise the
site so it reflects your branding and tastes. You can decide on
what colour schemes to use and add your own logo and branding
graphics. You also have full control over how you decide to layout
the content of each page include text formatting, positioning
of images, contact information and so on.
Q: Are
there any hidden costs?
SiteBuilder
provides you with everything you're likely to need to create,
manage and update your website for an all inclusive cost of
£29.95 per month + vat
. This includes 50MB of hosting space
(enough for hundreds of average size webpages) and 500MB of data
transfer / month (enough to cope around 5000-10000 individual
page access, based on an average size webpage). In the event that
your website is so large or so busy that this is not enough, then
SiteBuilder will let you upgrade for a small additional monthly
charge.
SiteBuilder
also provides you with a free unique web-address, which you specify
when creating your site. If you want to use a domain you have
already registered, or wish to purchase a new domain, then there
may be an additional cost. This is described in more detail in
the SiteBuilder Domains
section.
However,
if any additional charges are required then we will always gain
your authorisation before taking payment.
Q: Are
there any legal issues I need to be aware of when setting up a
website?
Yes
- and it may surprise you to learn that many websites are not
aware of these and are leaving themselves open to potential legal
action in the future! To help you through this SiteBuilder includes
a free legal pack, compiled by one of the UK's top e-commerce
law firms, which provides plain English legal advice and specimen
'terms of use', and 'privacy policy' documents that you can tailor
to include on your site.
Q: We
need to update content on a daily basis - can we?
SiteBuilder
was created with speed and ease of use in mind. Content can be
changed immediately with little effort as many times as you wish.
The user-friendly content editing tools put you in complete control
and updating your site costs you no extra no matter how many times
you do it.

already got a website, can I transfer to SiteBuilder and keep
the same web address?
Transferring
to SiteBuilder is easy, has many benefits, and in the vast majority
